By accessing or using TimeDodo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Provision of Service
TimeDodo provides a B2B productivity, time-tracking, and team collaboration platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for all activities under your account. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Use the screen recording, voice rooms, or tracking features in violation of local employee privacy laws. (It is the responsibility of the designated "Owner" or "Admin" to obtain necessary consent from employees before enabling activity tracking/screen recording.)
- Attempt to hack, destabilize, or reverse-engineer the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of TimeDodo require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless legally required. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon giving reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TimeDodo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TimeDodo, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of your use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
