  • Time, Workspace & Activity Tracking: Time entries, billable-hours classification, active/idle status (used only to prompt you about unaccounted time), and voice/screen data only when you explicitly start a LivePod session.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and tracking widget telemetry.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including the desktop widget and web app).
  • Process payroll/billing calculations and generate automated user/team reports.
  • Facilitate team communication (voice, video, and screen sharing).

  • Within Your Organization: Information is shared with your Employers/Administrators based on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) settings.
  • With Service Providers: Cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP), email delivery, and analytics partners bound by strict confidentiality.
