  • Time & Activity Tracking: Time entries, billable hours ratios, keyboard/mouse activity levels (if enabled by your Administrator), and active/idle status.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including the desktop widget and web app).
  • Process payroll/billing calculations and generate automated user/team reports.
